SHIPPING POLICY

The seller is not responsible for damages to the handmade items once shipped. A conversation about adjusting the order may occur but Issigonis Creations is not responsible for damages to handmade items once shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and will be shipped within at maximum seven days from notification of sale. Issigonis Creations is not responsible for any postal, shipping delays outside of the initial seven days, creations of shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Issigonis Creations does not do exchanges or returns, all items are final sale. However, if you contact Issigonis Creations regarding particular situations a credit may be applied if the items are returned in a re-sellable condition.
